I am a fully trained lecturer in further education, having completed a CertEd with a distinction in 2003. I was also an Principal Examiner for a leading awarding body during 2002-06. I can offer continuing professional development workshops in many topics, e.g. relationships, family conflicts/dynamics, loss, anger, self-harm, depression, theoretical psychology approaches, stress management, change management, time management, working staff team relationships and self development.
Your audience could be employees, students or volunteers. My preferred style of working is theoretical knowledge with experiential learning.
My past experience in further education included courses in counselling, communication skills, classroom management, training teachers, public services, key skills, childcare, Access in psychology and learning disabilities.
